Power Words-Q for QUESTION and R for RELEASE

Words have power.

They
motivate,
inspire,
express emotions,
give confidence,
and
bring joy.

Q for QUESTION

Asking yourself Questions help you focus on the answers to create a purposeful and joyful life.

Ask yourself every morning...

How do I want my day to be?
What should I do for it?

How do I want my work to be?
What should I do for it?

How do I want my life to be?
What should I do for it?

The answers will make you take the right decisions to enrich yourself.

Ask yourself every night...

Have I done what I planned for the day?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?

Have I done what I planned for my work?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?

Have I done what I planned for my life?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?

The answers will make you correct your actions.

Asking yourself these questions everyday will keep you on track in your day, work and life.

I have just given an example of questions to ask ourself. There are many more great questions that can help to mould us.

Can you add a few?

R for RELEASE

Release your negative attitudes,
Release your unhealthy habits,
Release your grumpy emotions,
Release your nagging worries,
Release your stressful thoughts,
Release all that is on your way to happiness,

Release and feel Renewed and Refreshed!

  2. Two more wonderful words and guidance to go with them. Thank you!

A question I would ask is this:
    Was I loving today?
    OR
    Was I kind?

  3. As I have grown and learned, I now understand that asking the correct Questions always Releases us from stuff that does not serve us.

I have learned to ask very good questions. Now I have to work on listening to the answers when they are different from the ones I thought I would hear, hoped to hear, wanted to hear...

When I learn to accept that all is for my highest good and learning...when I learn to listen with my spirit and not my ego.

I really liked this post today, Sema. I know I seem to say that to you quite a bit...but it's always amazing how you come up with even more beautiful things for our consideration.
