Q for QUESTION
Asking yourself Questions help you focus on the answers to create a purposeful and joyful life.
Ask yourself every morning...
How do I want my day to be?
What should I do for it?
How do I want my work to be?
What should I do for it?
How do I want my life to be?
What should I do for it?
The answers will make you take the right decisions to enrich yourself.
Ask yourself every night...
Have I done what I planned for the day?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?
Have I done what I planned for my work?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?
Have I done what I planned for my life?
If not, what did I do that made me go off-track?
The answers will make you correct your actions.
Asking yourself these questions everyday will keep you on track in your day, work and life.
I have just given an example of questions to ask ourself. There are many more great questions that can help to mould us.
Can you add a few?

ReplyDeleteA question I would ask is this:
Was I loving today?
OR
Was I kind?
As I have grown and learned, I now understand that asking the correct Questions always Releases us from stuff that does not serve us.
ReplyDeleteI have learned to ask very good questions. Now I have to work on listening to the answers when they are different from the ones I thought I would hear, hoped to hear, wanted to hear...
When I learn to accept that all is for my highest good and learning...when I learn to listen with my spirit and not my ego.
