Words Of Motivation-Inner Peace

My Words Of Motivation to guide me this week is

'I Breathe In Inner Peace'

Inner peace comes with awareness and clarity of thoughts. Our thoughts control our reactions and when we are mindful of our thoughts we can create inner peace within us.

When we start taking notice of the actual reasons behind our reactions we become aware our emotions and what deters our inner peace. We have the ability in us to change the chain of thoughts and reactions which stop us from experiencing inner peace.

Calming yourself with meditative breathing helps you in creating an inner peace within you that is your birthright and your destiny.Jan's meditation in this week's Meditation Monday was my inspiration for this week's affirm-mantra -'I Breathe In Inner Peace'
(Thank you Jan for guiding us with your wise words)

You wrote your father, "is no more..." and I love you enough to say that in time, you will rethink that feeling and realize, as I do, that he is still very much "more" and even more than you knew him to be in this incarnation.... very different form from the first part of your journey together, but still as real as it has always been. Namaste' my Friend. Namaste'!
