Who am I and who do I wish to be?
I am shy and I would love to be more expressive.
I am sensitive and I would love to be more strong.
I am anxious and I would love to be more balanced.
I am insecure and I wish to be more confident.
To change these I would love to bless myself with the 5 -'A's
Acceptance-Accept myself with all my flaws.
Appreciation-appreciate my positive qualities.
Approval-approve my actions.
Attention-give attention to my feelings.
I would love to bless all with these 5 As too!
