We can start taking care of our mind by doing quick and small puzzles everyday to keep it active.
We can start taking care of our soul by spending a few minutes in silence every day.
Any task that looks monumental can be broken into smaller building blocks! Every little task counts and is a building block.
A journey of 1000 steps starts with the first step. Only when you take the first step you will be taken a little closer towards your destination.
You sculpt your life with your actions and every action counts, however small it is.
