Jamie asks us this week-what do you wish for your body?
I wish my body to radiate positive energy to give me strength to tackle my daily responsibilities with a smile on my face.
For this ,I wish to do my daily walks,yoga and meditation regularly and not give in to temptation of doing it later.
I wish to treat my body with the utmost respect and kindness everyday by eating a healthy diet and following a regular fitness plan .
A healthy body is the foundation for a healthy mind!
