Wednesday Wish-make room for health

Jamie asks us this week-

What do you wish to make room for?

STEP OUT,WORK OUT,LEAVE STRESS OUT.

This is my wednesday wish.

This week I would love to make room forHealth.Health is very important and the foundation for our well-being.When we are healthy we can face any situation but we often neglect it pushing it down our priority list.Doing yoga, workouts, walks, healthy eating gets postponed due to lack of time. But the truth is when we make room for our fitness regime we have more energy to tackle our work more effectively and enthusiastically. So,this week I am going to

STEP OUT,WORK OUT,LEAVE STRESS OUT.

Well, you're healthy and wise ... now I am gonna go check out your Zazzle store to see if I can help make you wealthy :) I just bought a bunch of cards from zazzle a few days ago ... I wish I'd know you had a corner there beforehand!

  2. It's hard though, isn't it? This doing the right thing by oneself...at least I think it is. You're right...now I just have to do it!

  4. A wise woman you are! I often think about taking that walk, doing some asanas, and eating something healthy but then...I'm too tired. It's a vicious circle. You're so right about getting the exercise in so we have more energy. Now, it's time to turn things around... Thanks for the wonderful reminder!

As Sema so wisely wishes for herself, so I wish for her, and all of us, also.
