While reading christinekane's blog today morning
my affirmation for this week just popped in my mind.
"I am worth it ! "
We forget to value ourselves and push it to the back burner and
wake up to the truth only after a burnout.
Self care improves our moods and emotions.
When our self esteem is high we find it easy to face any challenge.
One way to improve it is develop the "i'm worth it " attitude.
-Choose the best-Wear the best-Buy the best-Wish the best-
you are worth it.
Make choices to live beautifully. The shift in your views
will attract to your life what you think of and surround yourself.
Soul journal is a great blog with motivating posts and
the prompt on mandalas inspired me to attempt to make this card
as a mandala card. This is my first attempt in creating mandalas.
Drawing this mandala free hand in photoshop
with no preplanning as suggested by mandala oasis
was a new experiance.
It was relaxing to draw and a sense of calmness
prevailed after finishing the card.
What a lovely post! This is a fabulous affirmation, "I am worth it!"
ReplyDeleteDrawing freehand in Photoshop is tricky. Kudos to you for giving it a go and having fun with it.

ReplyDeleteI love drawing mandalas. The mandalas I have done have not been preplanned either and I think it's amazing seeing the process develop from within having no idea how it's going to end up.....it can be quite meditative too.
love, light and peace,
serena
