wednesday wish-reading to enrich my life

Jamie's question this week at  wishcasting wednesday  was

what do you wish to read?

Reading is something which I enjoy very much.I love reading a variety of books on- personal development, art, biographies, light romances,Racy thrillers, magazines and now reading great blogs. They transport me to another world giving me glimpses of different lifes, thoughts, and experiences .
My father is a voratious reader and has a great library of over 2000 books. It is a treat to see the shelves brimming with knowledge to be imbibed to enrich my life. I have just chosen the book Freedom in Exile-The Autoboiography of the DalaiLama to read about the great leader.
It is holiday time now and I would love to relax with the latest  jeffrey archer book and catch up on the backissues of  good housekeeping  and prevention magazine.
I also want to  read new blogs exposing me to new techniques in art and online selling of art.

Mandala mantra-Joy fills my heart

My mantra for this week--

Joy fills my heart and blesses my life.

Joy is an emotion excited by the acquisition or expectation of good.It is a pleasurable feeling caused by success, good fortune, possessing what we desire, exhilaration of spirit and gladness. We attract to our lives what we think of with clarity and focus. When there is Joy in our hearts we take pleasure in thinking of the best and dwelling on such happy thoughts attract to us what we desire. Joy is a source of personal power. Repeating the mantra in moments of dullness can divert our focus from the negative to positive, to think of joyous memories and give us hope again. When we feel Joy we feel caring, genorous and filled with love.I wish all a joyous week filled with love and success.

Blessings for abundance,
sema.

mandala mantra-I listen with care

My mantra this week is ..

I listen with care

Holly inspired me in a beautiful post on the magic of listening to think of this affirmation to repeat to myself to remind myself of the importance of listening.
Listening helps you connect with oneself and to others.
Listening to your self by spending some time in silence, in meditation connects you to your inner soul, to guide you on the right track.
Listening to others makes you aware of others feelings and to give your support without being judgemental.
Listening will help you create a bond with all to enrich your life.
so, let's begin to listen with care!

Magic Mantra-I Enjoy The Process

My magic mantra for this week-

' I Enjoy The Process '

Though planning and acheiving the goal  is important ,it is even more important to enjoy the process . Only this moment is a reality and  when we enjoy the process we create beautiful memories to treasure long after the goal has been acheived.

Mandala Magic-calm yourself.

I am discovering the magic of drawing mandalas.
The freestyle drawing of  the mandala helped me calm my mind today .
While drawing the mandala I started focusing on my work and all worries got converted to pleasant feelings as I filled the mandala with happy and bright colors . At the end of the session I was ready to tackle my responsibilities with a new enthusiasm.

I am proactive

Be a maker of magic and a tender of wishes says jamie in wishcasting wednesday. She has asked us to wish for our transformation and here is my wish...

I wish to transform my habit of procrastinating to one of proactivity.

Procrastination means you know what you need to do but you delay in doing it.Proactivity means you look far ahead and try to anticipate a future need and act upon it.I wish to build success structures to eliminate my procrastination habit.Success structures are systems  to be followed during the day
to ensure consistency of results, order and positive outcomes.

3 KEYS to become action-oriented.

Hay House, Inc.

My mantra for this week

"I am action-oriented "

Our actions speak for us.
Only when our thoughts are converted to actions can we acheive success.

Here are some keys to help us convert our thoughts to action.

1. Mind Dump Key -First,Note all your thoughts on a paper.
Then, look through the list and choose what you want to do.
Note the chosen thought separately on a new page and
make a list of tasks to acheive it.
Break each task into mini-tasks and make a checklist.

2.Just Do It key - Just start doing.
The power of starting creates a positive feeling.
This positive feedback creates a loop of
more actions-more results-more confidence
and soon you are on track to success.

3.Rewards keys -Plan rewards for yourself and
enjoy them after acheiving your target.
The rewards act as motivation to work efficiently and effectively.

These 3 keys can be applied to all areas of our lives
to open an exciting and joyous journey.

Inspiremethursday's prompt 'key ' made me think of
the keys to acheive my affirmation for this week.

Can you add some more keys to become action oriented?
